1 . Hold the middle of the glasses with one hand, and turn the comma switch counterclockwise with the other hand.
2. Grasp the upper and lower frames with both hands, and then push the lens out with the fingers of the hand close to the inside of the frame.
3. Align the card position of the lens with the comma switch of the frame.
4. After clamping the lens to the frame, turn the comma switch clockwise.
